At Doona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your car seat or stroller does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Doona product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
